I reached out to Ceci requesting a new homeowner's insurance quote after our current plan skyrocketed in premiums this year. She responded quickly and Laura was extremely helpful in getting us a better quote with equal coverage. Laura even went out of her way to call me after hours to help me finalize our plan. Great service overall and would recommend to anyone looking for homeowner's insurance.

We were fortunate that we did not have to use their services for our home owners insurance. Their prices were competitive, always answered any questions that I had, and I am sure that they would have been there for us if the occasion were to arise. We only switched because our auto insurance carrier started to issue home owners insurance and we got a substantial discount when we 'bundled' our coverage. Would recommend this company for your insurance needs.

Best Insurance agency, have been Ceci Wise for a long time and they are always on top of things. This year, the insurance I had doubled in price and Laura helped me with every step to get a different insurance with lower yearly premium. She helped me with home inspection referrals, contacting me daily if she needed any additional paperwork or information to get us signed prior to renewal date. Would highly recommend them. I have been with great Florida insurance for many years as my broker for both my homeowners insurance as well as Auto insurance. I feel my policies are within reason as far as the cost and the payment plans they do set up help as well as the discount break if you pay in full. Their staff is extremely courteous and helpful every single time I call 😊 definitely the top of the bar team!! Thank you for being there for us.

So happy I found this agency. All of my insurance needs are met with accurate, expedient, and friendly service, which is a combination that you don't experience often. Ceci and her staff are the best with follow through and follow up. I also needed coverage for an out of state property and they helped me find an agency, with no reward for them. I have been with this agency for 15 years and they have never failed to answer the phone when I call. I do not get voice mail or call backs the next day, I get answers in real time. I even referred my boss to them and he has had his commercial insurance with them for a very long time. Update 12-26-2021 Ceci and her agency are always there to give great advice and to explain my coverage and answer any questions that I might have. I feel confident that I understand what I have purchased. Ceci has told me several times over the last 20 years that she loves to talk insurance and I never feel that any question is silly or left unanswered.

I have been a long time customer of Great Florida Insurance - i ALWAYS call and can count on CECI to get the job done, my insurance is a bit more complex as at times my mortage company seems to loose paperwork or wait until the last minute to issue payment to the agency. Ceci is more than patient takes the time out of her busy day to sit on hold while we have to go on a conference call with the lender, and upploads documents right then and there. She has a friendly demeanor and goes above and beyond for her customers. Thank you CECI!! Ceci was referred to me by a friend and it has been the best service entity I have dealt with in many a year. Every time an issue crops up, and they do in real life, she has been there to both guide and take care of our every need.
